The laundry room, additional queen guest bedroom, and full bathroom complete the basement space. The basement bedroom has a private entrance for those late-nighters or early-risers.

The main kitchen features custom cabinetry and countertops, stainless steel appliances including gas cooktop, and is fully stocked for all your basic cooking needs. The main living space features a large comfortable couch and wrap around picture windows providing lots of natural light and plenty of space for all to gather.

The apartment has a single bedroom equipped with a queen bed, large closet, and chest of drawers, and the living room couch pulls out for additional sleeping if needed.
