The daylight basement apartment is a fully equipped 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom unit with it’s own patio/outdoor enjoyment area. It is designed to be completely separate or provide additional space for family and friends.

The entire home has been tastefully remodeled and decorated to provide a stylish yet homey and welcoming feel. The main floor features an open-concept living area with wrap-around picture windows that fill the space with natural light. The kitchen includes custom cabinetry, stainless steel appliances with a gas cooktop, and is fully stocked for your basic cooking needs.

On the main floor you’ll find two queen bedrooms: the master with an ensuite full bathroom and a second guest bedroom with a full bathroom just steps away.

Downstairs, the bright and cozy daylight basement level includes a secondary living room with TV, the fully equipped 1-bedroom apartment (with its own queen bedroom and full bathroom), plus an additional queen guest bedroom and another full bathroom. The basement bedroom has a private entrance, making it perfect for late-nighters or early-risers who want independence.

• Total of 4 queen bedrooms and 4 full bathrooms (Main floor: 2 bedrooms / 2 baths; Basement: 1-bedroom / 1-bath apartment + 1 additional bedroom / 1 full bath)
• Sleeps up to 8 guests comfortably but can sleep up to 12 adults with a pull out couch in the apartment and two air mattresses, all complete with extra bedding.
• No central air conditioning — floor AC units on both levels plus ceiling and area fans
• Fully fenced yard and deck with doggy door access from discrete kitchen cabinet (great for dogs, pending approval) - Up to two dogs allowed with pre-approval and a $100 per pet fee (additional dogs negotiable for an additional fee)
• Signed rental agreement required upon booking
• Open water nearby — children and pets must be supervised outside the fenced yard
• Due to high summer demand, early check-ins and late check-outs are rarely available (even for a fee). We recommend planning an extra night if your group needs more flexibility around the standard 4pm check-in / 10am check-out.
