When they did the cleaning they were supposed to do, they didn't notice that the soap dispenser (body wash) was empty, nor the conditioner or shampoo. They didn't make the beds; they left them messy. At breakfast, there was always some machine that was broken.

Definition of average. Cleaning ladies blast music while cleaning hallways and rooms, cleaned room twice, one cleaning lady didnt touch the toilet or bathtub but cleaned the ac vents, the other cleaned everything with such aggression and attitude but at least cleaned everything. Overall, not happy with my stay but not upset about it either, just meh. Average.

I arrived around 12:30 AM after 10 hours driving from Canada, seems the hotel was hosting a party and there was no parking for the hotel guests.... unacceptable for me. The front office desk told me there is a valley who can find a parking for me . He called him and I found a weird looking man coming to me and he smells like Marijuana! Unless i wasn't very tired I wouldn't give him my car keys. Next morning I found my car outside the hotel area , and later on I found that my silver ring and a braclet
