The room above me shower drained into my bathroom in middle of night causingme to slip in large water puddle. They did not have another king size bed available but young lady told me they we work out and accommodate me for the inconvenience but it never happened. When i called to follow-up they said they never said that.

Always a pleasant stay. Close to everything, yet quiet and safe. Rooms are very clean, and the front desk staff is always helpful and friendly. I had one little hiccup this trip and the manager went above and beyond to correct the matter. Will definitely be back again and again.
