I paid extra for my room to be accessible, with bath tub and king size bed. I was so disappointed when I got a room in the third floor with 2 small queen beds (which my boyfriend and I were uncomfortable in) and I got a shower which I really wanted bath tub

I’m giving this hotel 4 stars overall. The hotel itself was clean, and the rooms were clean enough for a comfortable stay. Breakfast was good and definitely a plus. That said, the floors could have used a more thorough mopping and vacuuming, and the bathroom felt like it needed a few extra minutes of attention. The staff was friendly and polite, but they were often on their phones. On several occasions it felt like they were slow to respond, and on Saturday night at around 2 a.m., no one answered the phone at the front desk. It honestly felt like no one was available—whether they were away from the desk, asleep, or distracted on their phones. We also had a difficult situation with a neighboring room. The TV shared a wall with ours, and our neighbor was watching adult content at an extremely loud volume. Since I wasn’t comfortable leaving my child alone in the room to address it in person—and couldn’t reach the front desk—I ended up using my phone as a sound machine to try to drown out the noise. I would stay here again because the hotel was generally clean and comfortable, and the staff was nice. However, the visible phone use by employees, the slow response to issues, lack of assistance when a problem arose, and the speed and thoroughness of cleaning are the reasons this stay didn’t quite earn 5 stars

Room was very clean and quiet. The beds were comfortable. Towels were fluffy and fresh. I am sensitive to artificial smells and appreciated that the bedding and towels did not have any scent to them. The keypad on the phone in room 326 does not work.

The outside temp was in the single digits and the room was kept very comfortable. Although the maid cleaned the room every other day, all we had to do was ask and our needs were met promptly. We have stayed at this facility many times and have always been pleased.
