I love the front desk staff and housekeeping. Hilton Gardens Inn have the best people and I love staying there. This year the snow came in and they had workers plowing the sidewalks and the parking lot so quickly. My daughter & I have stayed there for the past two years and I love that hotel.

Friendly staff, room was clean. Need better control of tempurate because even though it was cold outside, the room was stifling hot and I could not lower the heat and I was up sweating all night and could not get comfortable

The staff was excellent and the cleanliness of the room and lobby top notch, but two very weird glitches put a drain on my stay—totally unrelated to the staff. First, my key card stopped working *several* times, and wouldn't open either the pool access door or my room door, and second, I didn't receive wifi access until the day I checked out. What is going on, Hilton?!?
