I reserved a room on 7/13 through Expedia checked in the hotel with management showing my reservation online confirmed, after showing my id several times as well. The property manager pretended that he didn't see the reservation. I requested an upgrade on the bed size and was told the amount would be 80.00 for the stay. I stated to the male front desk that I already reserved my stay through Expedia showing my reservation and ask since he was asking for cash payment would I be charged on my card the management stated no I could pay in cash and will not be charged double. I paid the front desk 80.00 in cash management deliberately didn't give me a cash receipt for cash payment, and I was also charged on my card for the amount of the reservation which was paid for in the amount of 86.03. I tried several attempts to contact management even going back to location in request of cash receipt for stay on 7/13 check out 7/14 around 1:00 - 1:30 p.m. no resolution no response.
It was clean m, but it could have been a little more clean . I’m very picky. Otherwise, you get what you pay for. (That is not meant to be derogatory, just stating facts).
I checked in late at night and was surprised how nice it was. I went into the bathroom and for soem reason the heat was on which made zero sense it was 100 degree weather. After shutting the AC off to sleep the room became unbearable but at 1am I sucked it up while waking up in a sweat. When checking out I told the owner what happened and he argued with me with full attitude. I was told why didn't I switch rooms at midnight and that they could've solved the issue at that hour. Zero customer service and raising your voice solves nothing. The bed looked nice but was flat. Lucky I'm 170 because any larger person would've sunked right in. I also had a cockroach run across my laptop which made it tough to fall asleep. That morning I noticed blood on the floor and a gross dental pick that was never thrown out. He said it was paint lol. Will add the pic later. The family that owns this needs to learn what customer service is instead of hiding behind their window.
Booked a non smoking room, the room I was given smelled of smoke. There were guests loitering around the premises at all hours.
I guess you get what you pay for. If you just need somewhere to sleep for the night and don’t mind traffic at all hours then this place might work for you. If you want peace and quiet then no.
