The poool was disgustingly dirty and cloudy. It was over crowded with people who were guest and not actually staying at the hotel. Just guests guest. Kids were unsupervised everywhere causing issues. I couldn’t get towels when requesting more. Garbage was just out in front of peoples doors

Overall comfortable stay with some minor issues

I had a nice stay at this Homewood Suites. The bed was comfortable, a decent firmness to my liking. They had updated outlets with USB-C charging. The suites have a kitchen area which can be convenient for guests staying longer term. Breakfast options are good. Some issues that could be addressed: -I was first given a room undergoing renovations and arrived to a room full of cardboard boxes and furniture. -The front desk did assign a new room once I notified them. While I understand some technical hiccups have caused the room to appear as available in the system and they did apologize, I had to get ready for a friend's wedding reception and this delayed me a bit -Shower could use non-slip mats. I almost slipped and fell while using it -The thicker curtains don't close all the way so light may come through the sheer curtains

Tara at front desk is wonderful very knowledgeable and helpful. Toilet seat in room extremely loose almost slid/fell had to grab the railing to brace myself from falling Seat was sliding from side to side, soo loose. Called front desk that night but was told no one there to fix. Had to mention it again that morning then finally someone came to fix. At that point we were soon checking out of room. Very unsafe that should have been reported by housekeeping before room was cleared to be used by guest.

Breakfast was nice. Rooms were clean and comfy. Parking was convenient. Hallway smelt like weed with air freshener over it but i put more blame on tenants over the hotel staff trying to clear it out. Front desk was very friendly.
