No good at all, First of all we got there and they told us we had it to wait because room was not even ready. 2. Guy un the desk just gave us the card and told us to go. No welcome , no times of breakfast and no nothing. No customer service at all. 3. They put us on a room close to elevator and ice machine. You can imagine !!! 4. Betwwen 1am and 5 am the people from the top room were jumping and playing around and once agin we could sleep nothing , NADA ,due to noises. 5. At 8 am the people that cut the grass came around and start making all types of noises , trimers, lawnmower and blower. Again no sleep. 6. The shower horrible no water what so ever . 7. BREAKFAST COLD BUT COLD THE WHOLE STAY WAS HORRIBLE !!!!!!

Hotel has large suite-type rooms that are in good condition and very clean. Nice breakfast, but better early in the service than near the end. Have stayed at this property before and it's consistent, will stay again.

The room I was assigned was already occupied when I got there. I was reassigned to a room that had all the drawers open when I arrived. The sofa was stained. The carpets in the hallway were filthy. The room smelled of greasy food and then I started seeing small roaches on the wall and on the desk. I would never stay here again.

Property in excellent condition, staff very helpful and friendly. Bed a bit too soft, could not sleep very well, breakfasts were excellent. Fire alarm went off 3 times one night, very disturbing and could not sleet at all that night.

The breakfast provided had a good selection. The end time during the week should have been 10am. Overall size of room was good. The supplies in the room not sufficient. An extra tissue box would have been helpful. The toilet paper wasn't angel soft. Toilet seat was way too close to the floor. Our air condition in the bedroom didn't work/get cold, it was reported to the front desk. The carpet/rug in the hallway wasn't straight; it had lumps in it. This is a hazard if you used a cane or wheelchair. Curtains in the rooms weren't on the rods, had to overlap to close them. Finally, fire alarm went off 3x in the early hours which is supposed to when a problem (no fire) happens. However, when asked by the front desk all he said was it saved your life didn't it. Very rude and no acknowledgement of what I said. I asked what caused the alarm to go off. Would not recommend..
