Clean room but bathroom door need paint job. The staff were very helpful. Leslie & both young lady did a great job checking me in. Leslie did a great job calling the cop for a couple that was fighting next door. Once they left it was peaceful.

Hello, My experience at this hotel was horrible. The reason I came to this hotel was to get into the indoor pool with my children. We were immediately chased out by a hockey team who continued to do front flips in the three and 4 feet splashing my children running in and out of the pool to the point where I had to take my children out out of the pool out of fear that they might be hurt when I came into the room my head, a dirty washcloth already used that I reported to the front desk, but they didn’t apologize. They just gave me another washcloth. The elevator was dirty with garbage and an old sock. There was another unruly family there who made this unpleasant as the occupied the pool with over 12 kids with flipping and out of control behavior. when this family left, we attempted to use the pool the following morning, but there was a horrible dirt ring in the pool, which I took pictures of. So I was never able to use the pool with my children. I have pictures of all the things I experienced.

Whoever was working the front desk Sunday 1/25 @8:30pm was 0% helpful. I'd circled the lot several times trying to find a place to park in your parking lot that hadn't had snow removal come through for many hours, so there were no spots I could get our minivan parked in. I wound up stuck on the driveway part inside the parking lot and while waiting for my husband to come try to push me out, called the front desk to make sure the hotel was aware of the condition of their lot. When I said I was stuck, she showed no empathy. When I asked if the snowplow company would be coming through again that evening she said she didn't know, but they were probably busy. Duh. She stated another vehicle was also stuck and the owners had decided to just leave it there that night. The minivan was a rental, and we were not going to leave it where it could be hit by a car or snowplow, so this was not a valid option. My husband was able to push our vehicle out (it took about 20 minutes) and we drove around to the front office to get help on where we could park our vehicle. We parked in the drop off lane right outside the front doors. We walked in and explained we couldn't find a place to park, she asked where we were parked, and then told us to leave it there. I was concerned about the rental vehicle being towed and she said they would call us if it needed moved. We were not going to risk that. We asked if they had snow shovels so we could clear our own parking spot. She said they might have some..

The breakfast was good only thing is that many people don't eat pork. There were only pork options available, which can be offensive especially in the northern region! The Staff was really nice. It was refreshing to humans that were courteous and available to customers. Other than a very annoying hearing system that kept me up ALL NIGHT! The spot was great!!!!

Staff was really nice but the rooms were in poor condition. Curtains didn’t close, there was dust in the vents and generally poorly kept. We could hear people walking upstairs and the beds creaked too.
