No running water, spicket for water available. Porter potty available 25 feet from cabin and there is a private park available on site. You can go to the Main Lodge, Pearl Ranch, to use the refrigerator in the garage or WIFI and other needs. WIFI Password is pearl1122. Cook and dishware, games, books. Over 87 hiking trails on Kebler Pass, minutes from cabin. Cabin is 28 miles from Crested Butte. Pass is open seasonal to Crested Butte from May-End November. Glenwood Springs 1 hr 15 min, Aspen 1 1/2 hr, Redstone 35 minutes, nearest food store Paonia 20 miles or Hotchkiss 25 miles. Please bring directions with you, you will loose cell service along the way.
