Couldn’t find the reservation and then miraculously 30 minutes later they found it. Room had what appt to be blood on the carpet and the vents were all messed up.

We booked this after renting another place that was awful, this place was clean and had a nice outdoor pool. The bed was super comfortable and I loved that it has a little kitchen area.

Overall good. Like the large suite with a nice kitchen area complete with dishes and utensils. Shower room light and exhaust fan didn't work but there was enough light from the sink room that it wasn't an issue. Nice breakfast.

First of all the photos on the Hotels.com web reflect the real decoration of the appartment. But what happened is that at exactly 6AM the fire alarm woke me up... and I had to run outside the building. Firemen appeared at 6:20AM and the Fire Alarm was finally off. No explanation was given... no one came and said anything... about 6:35 I went back to the room... not knowing if it was safe or not... simply because no one was there saying anything. I did the check out at 9:30 and the guy on the front desk wasnt sure about what happened. I had one the works "out of bed" in my life.... and I´d never know if it was a Drill (exaclty 6:00AM) or a real fire. Premises are OK, but expereince was terrible!

Well, for one thing it seems like there's people that are living there. The room right below me had multiple dogs and by the looks of it it seemed like they were living there. The room to the left of me had outside a homemade butt can with cigarette butts in it, which also seemed like somebody was living there. Also, the food that they give you for breakfast is absolutely disgusting. The sausage links were so mushy when you've bit into it. You couldn't even bite it in half. It was one of the grossest things. The potatoes are microwaved It seems and literally didn't have anything on them at all just plain chewy little potatoes. That being said there was issues with Expedia that they took care of for me and the staff was nice. Should do away with any type of hot food and just stay with the continental breakfast that would be more suited.

During our recent stay, my family and I were appalled by the state of our room. Upon arrival, we noticed brown smudges on the walls, stains on our bed, and what appeared to be hair pieces. The rugs and some furniture were visibly burnt, and the towels provided had brown stains and looked used.We immediately brought these issues to the attention of the staff and requested a different room. Unfortunately, our request was denied. Instead, they offered to send cleaning services. While the cleaning staff did come, they still provided us with stained sheets and left the same brown-stained towel we had previously complained about.This level of cleanliness is unacceptable and raises serious concerns about hygiene and maintenance. Despite our efforts to address the situation, the hotel’s response was inadequate. We will not be returning and cannot recommend this hotel to others.

For the amount of money you charged for these rooms need to be up dated. The 1st room microwave wasnt working and was missing cleaning supply for the sink and dish washer and cups, plates, and forks and spoon wasnt clean at all. The room was blowing cold air for abour 1hr. Finally the heat started to work. The representative was friendly she told me maintenance would come look at it. He never did but she worked fast to switch my room. To get another room that was even in worst condition. Dog poop stains on the floor, food stains on the wall, utensils all dirty etc etc. The couch in room 1111 is disgusting and need to be thrown out. You put a couch over and you know its a pull out couch and it stains and plastic is rip off and hang off some pieces with food all in the couch. I been coming here for over 15 years and really any problem . This was the worst stay.

The room smelled like cigarette smoke!!! The room has filthy carpets, the furniture has burn marks on the night stands and coffee table as a result of someone putting out cigarettes on surface,I took video & photos...6:30 am the fire alarms started blaring louding ,flashing lights frightening us & waking us up ,causing me to leave room with family members to car.No Staff came to see why fire system was going off.Several guest were standing outside .I called front desk and the receptionist was slightly upset from the phone calls. No one gave us clearance to go back in room.I had to call to address issue. After fire department came. No one called us to check if all was well.The guest next door explained that this happens often do to the smokers.This was a prepaid room,this is why I had to tolerate this awful experience. I've notified Sonesta of these dreadful issues .
