The full length mirrors are in dark areas of the room. They need better lighting. The exhaust fan was not working in the bathroom. The room was good value for the money.

The bathtub/shower drain was not working so water kept filling the tub in the shower. It was disgusting. Getting maintenance to fix the drainage was super difficult. The shower head was dirty and the room was not the best. Hotel guests seemed belligerent as I heard someone knocking and screaming in what seemed to be an altercation in the late night. The place seems a bit sketchy.

Bathroom Termite Invasion

My last year stay 2024 was satisfactory.. but last night we have to change room because at past midnight.. we were horrified as the bathroom floor was full of termites up to the wall. It scared me and my friend to death. First time to experience this. But front desk manager was good enough to transfer us room. But without elevator it was so very hard for me as I have heart problems and severe pain in walking . This morning upon check out ..Jim at the front desk told me to call a man by Rick’s name but wasn’t able to get in touch so I just left a message. Again, it was a very unpleasant experience to transfer in the middle of your sleep after midnight. I hope this doesn’t happen to your other guests anymore. Despite the cleanliness of that room when we arrived…where did this swarms of termites or whatever big flying insects come out from in a very unholy time of the night. So no sleep after that! As to photos .. the help from the desk last night took the picture to show the manager. Honestly, I don’t feel good with this review but you have to know to resolve this issue

Property is rundown patched up. Not even class of highway motels. Washroom door was broken, in fact it was not original, someone bough it from hardware store and replaced with no pain match. Biggest thing was sink was not draining, the staff came to fix and spent hours with no luck and no other room was allocated. In morning when we checkout at desk the guy told us that they have issued us new room but no one informed us...... Gentleman told he will issue us some credit but those were just kind words with no action.
