Our property is a compound of buildings on 3 acres. The Vineyard View is a stand-alone suite on the entire second floor of a building we call the Annex that is detached from our home. No common walls and plenty of privacy! It’s very cottage-like with the benefit of second floor views. The pictures tell it all!

You may access most of the property including the pool area, cantina and vineyard, but please respect the area around our private residence and the fenced building at the end of the driveway.

Our neighborhood is historic and our 3 acre estate property is located on what is considered to be a part of California`s original premium, Buena Vista vineyard that was developed in the mid-1800`s by Count Agoston Haraszthy (Father of California Vitaculture) with grapes he gathered himself in Europe and brought to Sonoma. Up the street you can walk to Bartholomew Park where the original California premium vineyard still resides and even take a horse back ride through the vineyards! There are a half-dozen wineries within walking distance and the historic Plaza is only a mile from here.

Walk, drive, rent bicycles, call a cab, hire a limo, take a tour! Public transportation is scarce.

We`d prefer that you park in the space across from the carport next to the olive grove.

Rates are based on two people in one bed; We HIGHLY recommend you purchase travel insurance these days, Airbnb reasonably offers AIRCOVER.
