Clean and friendly

This is the best hotel we stayed at in Sonora. We loved that we could bring our cats and it wasn’t dirty. The other places that accept pets are filthy. Everyone that works there are kind and friendly. I will stay there in the future.

The beds were comfortable. The air conditioner had a foul odor, but only noticeable when standing next to it. Thin walls, small bathroom. The two chairs at the table were stained. I didn't want to set my bag on them. There were several restaurants nearby. As we were leaving, I noticed that they had a place to wash your windshield.

Bo hot tub

It has been fine. They were not aware that we had a dog even though i mentioned one through hotels.com. they charged us a $28 fee for the dog and a $300 deposit. When they saw we had a dog they moved us to another room after we were all settled in. The hotel said they had a hot tub but it was out of service

Nice Hotel on Ski Road Trip

We had a good stay here. The hotel is not new, but it is clean and well maintained. Good location, for getting to restaurants and to nearby ski resorts (we were on a ski road trip).The staff were very polite and professional. The continental breakfast was good.

It was easily accessible to our final destination. Nice staff. What was irritating were some of the guests weren't versed in common consideration once is was later in the night. Person upstairs stomped all over the floors until midnight. People next door had their tv volume waaay to loud as these were adjoining rooms if needed and wasn't separated by a wall.

Needs Help!

The room smelled like a bar, as if someone had smoked in it for a month. Breakfast offered was simply a box of Cheerios or a bagel. I would choose to pass on this location next time.

Gross stain on the side of one bed by the bedskirt. Beds were hard. Very little offered for breakfast (bitter orange juice, no cream cheese for the dry bagels, only cheerios for cereal choice). We booked two nights but left after the first night.
