Emplacement idéal et vue exceptionnelle sur l’océan.Appartement un peu vétuste qui aurait besoin d’un bon rafraîchissement. Propreté du logement à revoir.. soleil aveuglant l’après-midi : des stores seraient nécessaires. Un petit étendoir serait aussi très utile.

Salle de bain toute à refaire Sol en jonc de mer donc ne peut pas se laver (hygiène???) Vitres véranda à changer très abîmées Et des stores seraient nécessaires Pour le soleil le soir!!!
