Séjour en couple fin août

Appartement spacieux, idéalement situé (2min a pieds de l’océan et 15min du centre d’Hossegor). Points négatifs : Certaines lumières ne sont pas fonctionnelles, les bondes de douche et lavabo sont bouchées, la douche dans un état limite (moisissures) et manque criant d’équipements de cuisine (seulement 2 verres, 1 seule casserole, 2 assiettes..) L’hôte est très sympa et disponible.

Prestation inacceptable

La localisation de cette location était très bien mais c'est le seul atout de cet appartement. A l'arrivée, aucun état des lieux à la remise des clés. Et quelle surprise de découvrir un appartement qui ne respecte pas le minimum d'équipement requis par la loi d'une location d'un bien meublé. Et la surprise est à son comble quand le service client d'Abritel nous explique que c'est normal car l'annonce sur le site d'Abritel ne mentionnait pas ces équipements... notamment de la vaisselle dans la cuisine, mais également le matériel minimum pour nettoyer l'appartement. Nous qui pensions qu'Abritel était un professionnel !
