A fitted kitchen equipped with an oven, hob, microwave, toaster, kettle, filter coffee maker and a small Nespresso capsule and a dishwasher. A laundry room with fridge/freezer and washing machine. On the ground floor: two bedrooms each with a 180 cm bed and cupboard. Bathroom with Italian shower and double sink. Independent WC.
Upstairs: A first bedroom with a 140 cm bed, and cupboard. A second bedroom with 2 single beds and cupboard. A second bathroom with walk-in shower and WC.
Outside you will have a large covered terrace, garden furniture, a pétanque court, a plancha, a barbecue and a children's play area. Ideal for sharing friendly moments.
Possibility of parking cars inside the property.
PETS NOT ALLOWED. WIFI. The electricity package is charged in addition to the accommodation cost and is automatically stated in the contract for the periods from January 1st to mid-June and from September to December.
