Between the marine lake of Hossegor and the ocean, nestled in one of the most sought-after areas of the resort, Villa ‘La Grimpette’ welcomes you to a peaceful, wooded natural setting. Typical of the 1980s, this spacious house built on a slope stands out for its split-level architecture, retro decor and warm atmosphere. An ideal house for family holidays, just a stone's throw from the beaches. Wi-Fi, TV and fibre optic internet included.

Upon entering, you will find a large, bright living room with two large skylights, a sitting area equipped with a dining table, chairs and a sideboard, opening onto a terrace with an awning, ideal for relaxing outdoors.
Adjacent to this is a fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, gas cooker with oven, fridge-freezer and microwave) which leads to a second terrace, perfect for outdoor dining, with a table, benches and barbecue.
Upstairs above the living room, a mezzanine room overlooks the lounge. Here you will find a 25.30 m² billiard room (not functional), with a decidedly vintage feel thanks to its original carpet and wooden balustrade. This house has retained the charm of the 1980s, with its unusual layout and slightly outdated but authentic style.
On the sleeping side, the villa has four spacious bedrooms, designed to accommodate families:
A first bedroom (on the front) with a 160 cm double bed and air conditioning.
A second bedroom with two single beds placed side by side and an additional single bed.
A third bedroom with a 160 cm double bed.
A fourth bedroom ideal for families, with 1 double bed (160 cm) and 1 single bed.
Each bedroom opens onto the outside, with some having their own terrace.
The layout is ideal for two families, while ensuring that everyone has their own space.
Three bathrooms spread over the different floors complete the house: one with a bath, shower, double sink and washing machine, a shower room with shower, sink and toilet, and a third with a bath/shower and double sinks. A functional layout for comfortable stays with several people.
Outside, the garden is sloping and left in its natural state, typical of the area, populated with cork oaks and arbutus trees, just a few minutes' walk from the shores of the lake or the ocean waves.

Cycle paths, town centre, golf course, markets: everything is easily accessible without having to take the car.

The setting is simple, rustic but authentic. What holidaymakers love here is the peace and quiet and the space. Despite the dated décor, the bedding is new, and the villa offers a friendly and relaxed atmosphere, perfect for quality family time.
