Country House 'Il Casale di Zoe' with Mountain View, Private Pool and Wi-Fi

Il Casale di Zoe is a traditional farmhouse nestled in the countryside of southern Maremma, Tuscany. Surrounded by six hectares of fields and olive groves, it offers peace and tranquility—perfect for relaxing and enjoying nature. You can stroll among the oaks and unwind in the private pool, set against a rural landscape with views of the Maremma hills.



The house spans two floors (290 sqm total) and consists of two independent apartments, each with its own kitchen. There are five bedrooms—four doubles and one single—and four bathrooms in total. The upstairs bedrooms feature en-suite bathrooms with direct access and walk-in closets. All bathrooms have showers.



Heating is autonomous, and the bedrooms have air conditioning with heat pumps. The kitchens are equipped with induction hobs, cookware, and refrigerators. A washing machine is available for your exclusive use. A covered porch provides access to the living units.



The farmhouse is located between Pitigliano (about 5 km), Sovana (about 4 km), and Sorano (about 4 km)—the famous "tufa towns" known for their charming, timeless villages. It’s close to the Saturnia thermal baths and less than an hour from the Argentario coast. Nearby, you’ll also find the fascinating Vie Cave, ancient paths surrounded by nature. For lake lovers, Lake Bolsena is about a 20-minute drive away.
