Atendimento atencioso na recepção, ar-condicionado eficiente e banheiro espaçoso. O estacionamento central é um grande acerto: facilita a circulação e garante boa iluminação natural nos quartos. A solução do cooler térmico é inteligente, atende bem às necessidades e ainda reduz consumo de energia. O custo-benefício é semelhante ao de outros hotéis, mas o diferencial está na liberdade de escolha: o café da manhã é opcional, com acréscimo de R$ 30 por pessoa, o que faz sentido diante das ótimas opções de café colonial na região. Certamente voltaríamos a nos hospedar quando estivermos por perto.

Ambiente bom para passar a noite e curtir a cidade, o quarto é simples mas extremamente limpo, achei que faltou um frigobar, eles disponibilizam uma caixa térmica para substituir mas não serviu muito, porém no mais, recepcionistas muito gentis, café da manhã muito bem servido, com uma variedade boa, recomendo muito para quem quer desfrutar de Itu e ter um ambiente legal de descanso! Hotel fica exatamente na frente do parque dos exageros, que também vale a pena conhecer.
