Nestled on the third floor of a stately building, the penthouse is easily reached by elevator, followed by a short 20-step ascent to your private retreat. For added luxury, guests can also request daily housekeeping and breakfast services (available for a fee).



A nearby public parking (available for a fee) area provides convenience, while the sea, just 550 meters away, offers a daily invitation to dip into crystal waters. Stroll a few minutes to local boutiques, restaurants, and gelato shops, or let your imagination take flight with curated excursions to Positano, Amalfi, Ravello, Capri, Procida, Ischia, or Pompeii.

Not included in the price, to be paid upon arrival, in cash:



• Tourist tax is 4.00 euros per day per person for the first 7nights. Children under 18 years do not pay. Tax requested from April 1st to October 31

• Damage deposit 500,00 euros. It will be refunded on the check-out day, if no damage has been caused to the property.

• Final cleaning 300,00 euros

• Late arrival fee from 8:00 PM to midnight: 50,00 euros. For arrivals after midnight a late arrival fee of 80,00 euros will be requested.



The house comes fully equipped with a washing machine, dryer, iron, and ironing board for your convenience during your stay.
