First let me say this, the Staff was great and very helpful. Second if you have a lot of luggage you will have to drag it on the cobble stone streets, as there are No cars allowed to drop you off in front of the hotel. Third, there is not an elevator and you will have to carry your luggage up three flights to get to the front desk. Now there is an elevator once you get into the reception area. Fourth, our room was right underneath a bar and people yelling until 3-4 in the morning. It was horrible!!! Fifth, the room was not what it looked like in the pictures, if I had to rate it between 1-5, it would be a 2. Good Luck

5 Star Hospitality and location.

The location of this hotel is perfect! The second you step out, you are surrounded by shops, restaurants, and the life of Sorrento. The kindness and hospitality was the best of all five hotels we stayed at during our tour of Italy. The room was clean, comfortable bed, plenty of space to spread out, and a lovely balcony. Many hotels provide breakfast, but this one includes cooked to order items and service with a smile. You do need to navigate some stairs to get up to the hotel, but if that is not a problem, this is a perfect place to stay. We would absolutely stay again!

The hotel was centrally located on a busy walk only crowded alley but hidden with a beautiful courtyard. The street below was filled with small shops with many people browsing and shopping. The hotel was quiet despite the crowded street below. The hotel was clean and the staff were very helpful and pleasant. I would recommend a stay.

The noise is horrible and we could not sleep at all since the windows were not closed properly. We were there for 2 nights so we just enjoy the surrounding that’s all but won’t go there again. The room floor was diagusting. Cleanliness is a zero on 10

Front Desk was awesome. Friendly and good information. Great Location, King Bed was comfortable. Room was a little on the tighter side with limited storage/hanging/closet space. Bathroom was larger and clean, more recently renovated. The breakfast was nice with great expresso/coffee.

The location of this property was ideal. It was close to all restaurants and ports. The closest parking facility was far away from the property. It was challenging to walk to property with luggage. The property felt more like a 3-star Airbnb than a 4-star hotel. The breakfast they offered was very poor quality. Housekeeping was poor quality. We were better off not having any housekeeping, they left dirty rags in the room and did not properly make bed.

The property contacted us beforehand to inform us that despite taking our booking they couldn't accommodate us without switching rooms during a 2 night stay. We accepted this as it was a late booking and the location is great, right in the historic pedestrianised town. They also offered complimentary mini bar. They fell down again though due to the facilities offered at this so-called '4* hotel'. It is not that at all. At best, this is a collection of a few apartments with few facilities. For example, there is no pool or terrace as advertised.We couldn't even leave our luggage at Reception for a few hours because it was closed between 12-4pm. And the downside of being in the town centre is that it is very noisy. Staff were friendly though.
