The Villa is over 450 square meters and it develops over several different levels.
GROUND FLOOR: large living room with adjoining dining room and study with stereo CD player; spacious, well-equipped kitchen with double sink and various work areas, directly leading to the outdoor area with table for eating “al fresco”.
MEZZANINE: large open space directly connected to the ground floor and second reception room with fireplace, double opening onto the reception room and second dining room. 1 double bedroom, en suite bathroom with shower.
BASEMENT: fitness area, laundry and bathroom with shower.
