Location is great. Close to bus station and Sorrento centre. Surrounded by great restuarants. Room is overall decent. Unfortunately staff are extremely unhelpful. No understanding of hospitality. Given misleading information about tours consistently. It's a shame because they ruined the stay unfortunately. Cancelled my tour twice and told me they got the pick up time wrong. Very disorganised and all staff members included show a clear lack of care towards guests.

Great little place with rooms that are like small apartments (entrance is from the outside). Would definitely come back if I come to Sorrento!

Welcoming host. The room had many options of tea and coffee, also a well stacked mini fridge with easy option to pay. The room was clean and comfortable. The only thing they need to address is a sewer smell coming out of the shower drain: it was strong and we had to keep the bathroom door close at all times. Other than that very good price for a short walk to the city and very close to multiple food stores and restaurants.

This was an amazing stay. I have been studying abroad in Italy for the past couple of months and this was one of the best stays I have had while traveling. The staff was amazing as I was greeted and given all the information upon arrival. She also checked in with me during our entire stay to make sure everything was working in our rooms. Also, the rooms got cleaned every morning. It was a very nice facility that was within walking distance to the city center of Sorrento. Definitely recommend to anyone staying in Sorrento!!

It was easy to walk to all the main destinations in Sorrento. There is amazing soundproofing which makes the room very quiet. Also, the staff was ver friendly and also very helpful. Good communicators, welcoming us even before we arrived.

We were happy to be some of the first guests at this new hotel! Pros: - Extremely new, clean, rooms look exactly as advertised (note that they are small; we were cozy but it's definitely not spacious) - Excellent location - easy walk to train station or downtown Sorrento, with grocery & restaurants on the way - Helpful staff Cons: - We arrived partway through construction, which meant there was quite a bit of drilling during the day. None during the evenings though! - The hotel is next to a school, and our room window looked directly into some classrooms. This is a nitpick; we had the curtains drawn basically the whole time - The property is a bit hard to find (the gate it's behind is marked as #3 but the street number is 7) and it took us ~10min of walking around to finally find it
