Villa located 100 meters from the sea with a private road to access the beach. The villa consists of a spacious garden that includes an outdoor porch and an indoor porch, barbecue, pizza oven, outdoor shower, and private parking. As for the interior, we provide everything a house needs with all the comforts (bed sheets, towels, coffee machine, Wi-Fi, washing machine, heat pumps in every room, beach umbrella, microwave, hairdryer, pots, dishes, and glasses). The property has automatic outdoor lighting, located in a strategic area to reach the best beaches in northern Sardinia and towns to visit. It is 10 km from the port of Porto Torres and a maximum of 50 minutes from the main airports in northern Sardinia.

Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour dans cette maison typique. Accueil sympathique de Luca qui reste disponible si nécessaire et donne df bons conseils de restaurants. Tout est conforme aux indications de l’annonce. La maison est à proximité de la route mais pas si gênant que ça. Nous recommandons.

Super séjour

La propriété est extraordinaire. Elle offre tout le confort nécessaire.Luca est un hôte très attentif et réactif.Même si l'accès de la maison est en bordure de route, la maison est en retrait et la journée étant à la mer ou en excursion, on a pas le bruit des voitures. Le soir il y a peu de circulation.Il y a deux grandes chambres, un grand salon, la climatisation, une superbe Terrasse et tout le confort nécessaire.A proximité immédiate de la maison, se trouve une belle plage de sable avec un petit resto de plage. C'est un véritable bonheur.Bref, nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir. Merci Luca

Verkehrsgünstig und guter Support

Alles vorhanden für Selbstversorgung. Sehr gute Verkehrsanbindung, ohne Auto wird‘s schwierig. Vermieter sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Für Italien typische Einrichtung, Küchenausstattung könnte etwas mehr sein ( nur ein Topf). Nach Aussage Vermieter soll das alles überarbeitet werden. Er hat erst vor kurzem die Immobilie übernommen.

Wunderbarer Urlaub bei super Gastgebern

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Urlaub auf Sardinien. Die Anreise zum Haus war unproblematisch. Wir durften sogar eher ins Haus, weil unsere Fähre bereits früh anlegte und die Fahrt relativ kurz war. Die Absprachen zum Vermieter legen unkompliziert, sehr freundlich und schnell.

Wunderbares Haus mit schönem Garten

Genau wie beschrieben,das einzige Manko ist die Straße vor dem Haus. aber nachts ist es relativ ruhig. Da komplett eingezäunt auchot Kindern oder Haustieren kein Problem. Sehr schöne Strände in nächster Umgebung die auch für Kinder geeignet sind

Super Vermieter , klasse Haus !!

Das Haus war so wie in der Anzeige beschrieben. Es war alles da, sauber und in super Zustand. Der Garten ist ein Traum, die Straße hört man aber das hat uns nicht gestört. Die Vermieter haben sich sehr gut gekümmert und waren immer zur Stelle wenn etwas war. Besser gehts nicht. Danke an Agnese und Sandrino für den super Urlaub !!!

La villa è veramente carina, la zona esterna molto spaziosa dove le mie bambine si sono divertite finché noi cucinavamo al camino . Si trova in un punto strategico per visitare le più belle spiagge del nord. La strada un pochino trafficata ma non crea nessun disagio.

BELLES VACANCES

Jolie maison proche de la plage et des commodités (resto/snack et commerce alimentaire), très bien équipée. Joli jardin fleuri, terrasse et pergola ombragées très appréciables, balançoire pour les enfants et barbecue pour la convivialité. L'hôte est très accueillant et disponible. La route proche de la villa est passante mais ne gâche en rien l'utilisation de la terrasse! On recommande!

Appréciation de la location

Point noir: on se croirait au bord d’une auto route, tant il y a du passage sur la route qui est à proximité. Très très bruyant, impossible de déjeuner dans le calme, ou de se reposer dehors ! Très déçu, publicité mensongère, , ne signale nullement la présence de la nationale collée à la maison.

Ein schönes, gepflegtes Ferienhaus in dem es an nicht‘s fehlt. Sehr schön ist die Nähe zum Strand. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war sehr angenehm. Das einzige Minus ist die nahe Straße durch die es ziemlich laut ist.

BELLA CASA, OTTIMA PER FAMIGLIE

La casa è bella e molto spaziosa ed esattamente come mostrato nelle foto (lo spazio all'aperto con barbecue è perfetto per trascorrere serate al fresco). La cucina dispone di ogni cosa necessaria. I proprietari ci hanno accolti con grande gentilezza e sono stati a disposizione per tutta la durata del soggiorno. La spiaggia dista pochi minuti a piedi e c'è un market vicinissimo. Consigliata!

Très bon séjour, gérant très sympathique et efficace. Maison super équipée (même le sèche-cheveux pour le barbecue :0)) Espace extérieur très agréable. Endroit parfait pour une famille, sans doute pas assez animé pour des jeunes. Nous (couple avec un chien) avons beaucoup apprécié.

Tolles Haus, nette Vermieter

Wir wurden gleich freundlich begrüßt und durften uns anschließend in das tolle Haus einrichten. In dem Haus ist alles vorhanden was man benötigt. Es hat einen grossen Garten der zum Aufenthalt einläd. Der Strand ist zu Fuss gut erreichbar. Das Auto kann man im Garten parken. Wir empfehlen das Haus weiter.

Urig südländische schöne Unterkunft

Schon vor der Ankunft hatten wir eine nette Kommunikation. Der Vermieter zeigte sich hierbei auch hilfsbereit bei der Bereitstellung eines Kinderbeistellbettchens. Bei der Ankunft wurden wir sehr freundlich empfangen. Die Beschreibung der Unterkunft entsprach der Realität, keine bösen Überraschungen. Typisch südländisch war die ganze Abwicklung sehr entspannt. Auch bei kleinen technischen Problemen wurde sofort darauf reagiert. Die zuständige Person vor Ort war innerhalb von 30 Minuten da, als wir mit der Elektrik ein kleines Problem hatten. Wurde sofort behoben. Alle fünf Tage wurde bei uns abends der Garten gegossen. Auch hier gab es sehr sehr nette Gespräche mit der zuständigen Person. Die Kommunikation erfolgt generell entweder verbal italienisch oder schriftlich per Übersetzer in englisch. Durchweg kann alles, was vom Vermieter ausging, als positiv bewertet werden. Unabhängig davon sollte man allerdings erwähnen, dass direkt am Grundstück entlang eine Landstraße vorbeigeht. Diese ist zwar auf 50 km/h begrenzt, bis nachts fahren dort allerdings auch viele Fahrzeuge mit Geschwindigkeiten von weit über 100 vorbei. Der Straßenlärm ist durchgehend bis nachts vorhanden. Wer die einsame Stille sucht, sollte sich das hier sehr gut überlegen. Positiv zu erwähnen ist, dass das gesamte Gelände eingezäunt und verschlossen ist, so dass man Kinder ohne Beaufsichtigung frei laufen lassen kann. In der Umgebung von weniger als 3 km Entfernung gibt es schon relativ schöne Strände. Man muss nicht weit fahren. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind in wenigen Kilometern Entfernung auch genügend vorhanden. Uns hat es gut gefallen. Klare Empfehlung! 😀👍

Sardinia is een heel fijn eiland

Prima vakantiewoning. Goede locatie, dicht bij het strand. Wel aan een weg met druk verkeer. Wij hadden na aankomst wel een niet werkende gaskookplaat omdat er een aantal kranen niet waren opengedraaid. Ook een dip in warm water voorziening van de douche, maar ook dat werd opgelost. Verder is Sardinia echt een prima eiland en Eden Beach zeker aan te raden.
