The space
Spacious apartment located in the center of Sosúa. This is one of the best places to stay just 10 minutes walking from Playa Sosúa and 8 minutes from Playa Alicia. Its exact location is on block from Pedro Clisante street where you can find tasteful restaurants, bars and nightclubs.

This apartment is fully equipped and is a comfortable place to spend a few days of vacation and get to know a little about our beautiful city.

Electricity in the Dominican Republic is very expensive, and the A/C and hot water heaters are the main source of electricity consumption. Electricity will be charged apart from the rental cost at time of departure.


(18 RDS/kW or 0.36 USD/kW) When entering the property, we check the electricity meter with our guest. We do the same operation the last day to calculate the real consumption during their stay. The electricity has to be paid by the guest by cash or pay with the airbnb resolution at the ARRIVAL TIME.

THE DIFFERENCE NOT CONSUMED IS REFUNDED AT THE END OF YOUR STAY.

For your convenience and safety, we highly recommend booking our trustworthy taxi service, which will ensure a hassle-free journey to our property. Guests who book our taxi service will not be subject to the late check-in fee.

***Alternative Transportation***
If you've already arranged your transportation or have a rental car, you are welcome to proceed with your own plans. However, there is a late-night arrival fee of 30 USD for arrivals between 8:00PM and 7:00 AM. This fee helps cover the additional costs associated with late-night check-ins, including staff availability and security measures.
