There you will find a grocery store, a dollar type store and many many restaurants and bars to choose from. When you travel to the city center (10 minute walk) and want to head to the beach, another short walk and you are at Sosua bay. There, underneath a canopy of trees, you will find beautiful local cuisine and little shops. Rent an umbrella and get service right where you relax on the beach. Boasting beautiful mountain views and calm ocean waves you can reach a state of zen. If you are more active, many options to go fishing, snorkeling, boat rides and so much more! Our property is one of the few truly gated communities. With 24 hour security you can rest easy. In order to enter, you will have to provide passports, the security guards are very kind and helpful but there to protect you. It should be known, that Sosua is a very safe city and a smile goes a long way.


This is truly a great getaway for a family. We are a family and we love the close proximity to everything and enough amenities to stay in our Villa all day if we want. It should also be noted that there is a restaurant in the community. When you book with us we provide you with a free drink for everyone who is age of majority. Come enjoy the island life.
