These villas are newly built, with 2 Bedrooms, each with a king-size bed. Location is everything which is why all villas are situated in prime locations within the much-desired amenities phase of the award-winning, resort-style, gated community of Casa Linda.
Arrival at CASA LINDA instantly brings on the happy mode, so be prepared to make wonderful memories, and have tropical fun.
Each bathroom is stocked with pool towels, bath towels, and hand towels. In the open kitchen, or on the BBQ family members will be looking forward to preparing dinner. The pool has lights so that family members can enjoy a dip during the evening. Lounge chairs and an outdoor table complete the decor. The covered terrace is complete with a wet bar with seating.
The Casa Linda water park includes a pool with a swim-up bar, jet tub, lazy river, and a kids’ zone equipped with water slides, boats, water activities, and a playground. Within the Casa Linda, Welcome Center is the front desk, Castaway's Clubhouse & Eatery, and the Roadside Market. Next to the Water Park and Welcome Center, also within the Casa Linda complex, is a beautiful cascading waterfall, mini golf, tennis court, shuffleboard, and a walking/jogging trail.
- The maximum nightly occupancy is 4 people. Visitors are welcome as long as the villa remains within the maximum occupancy.
- Smoking is restricted to outdoor living areas only.
- You will be required to provide passports or valid government IDs for all adults in your party at check-in. Be prepared to provide a security deposit of $75 USD per bedroom, this will be done via a hold on a credit card only (NO CASH DEPOSITS).
- The office is located at the second gate to the right on El Choco Road.
- Upon arrival, you will receive all keys and controls for the villa.
- There will also be an inventory list of what was in your villa upon check-in from our staff. Please go through the list as you are responsible for any breakage in the villa during your stay.

- Casa Linda strives to create the best relaxed and enjoyable vacations for all clients. Therefore please respect our rules regarding parties and loud noises during your stay, more info will be give upon arrival.
- 18% tax will be added to all nightly rental rates
- Housekeeping is included in the rental rate and will be provided every second day.
- Pool and garden care is included in the rental rate three times per week.
- Electricity: There is a normal rate of electricity used for various-sized rental homes, and this amount is included in the rental rate. A reading of the electricity meter will be done upon check-in and check-out. Electricity usage exceeding the allotment will be charged at the rate of 12.3RD per kW; the allotment for 2-bedroom: 25 kW.
- Cancellation Policy: Bookings canceled at least 60-days before the start of a stay get 100% refund. Bookings canceled at least 30-days before the start of a stay get a 50% refund. 100% of the reservation costs will be charged at the time of booking.

This villa offers its guests an outdoor pool. The front desk is open around the clock.
