Ocean Point is an oceanfront Condominium with direct access to world famous Cabarete Kitebeach. This stunning condo benefits from a large terrace with panoramic views of the gardens, pool and the ocean. It has 2 bdrms + 2 bath w/ open plan design, giving it a spacious feel, and high-speed/fiber internet. Located 20 mins from Puerto Plata airport (POP), 90 min from Santiago (STI) and only 1 mile from bustling downtown Cabarete. This allows you to be close to all the action, yet far enough away if you want peace and quiet!
This amazing second story (with elevator access) 1,800sq ft condo has been recently renovated to give you all the luxuries needed to enjoy your vacation. Enjoy the huge 360sq ft terrace with a lounge area with a large L shape couch, dining table, a and lounge chairs that overlook the gardens and give you an amazing view of the ocean and beautiful pool. The pool is directly ocean front so you can kick back, relax, and watch the awesome kiters of Kitebeach or you can partake and take lessons at any of the 4 kite schools that are within 150 yards and have their own bars/restaurants on-site.
The inside of the condo has all the amenities that you need. The living area has lots of seating and a nice 45" LED TV. The dining area, big enough for 8 people, is attached to a fully loaded kitchen with a center island that can seat 4 people. Laundry room with a stackable washer/dryer. The master bedroom has a pillow-top king size bed, his/hers closets and a large en suite bathroom with a bathtub/shower. The second bedroom has 2 queen size beds and a nice closet space that is right next to the second bathroom with a bathtub/shower.
