Worst check-in experience in traveling history

I booked this stay through VRBO site property manager refused to give me access after booking the property and receiving confirmation that the funds had been paid. I was forced to find other accommodations for my visit. Keep in mind the property manager contacted me via WhatsApp after I paid in full for my stay. Which proves they received my payment. This was truly a nightmare dealing with this property.
