Villa Adaman is a contemporary and spacious 3 bedroom villa is located just metres from the sea and enjoys fantastic views of the Ayia Thekla coastline. Just 5 minutes walk to the nearest beach and 5 minutes’ drive to the resort centre, it is an exceptional villa choice for families looking for a relaxing stay in a great location.



As you enter the villa there is a large open-plan living area with cosy seating and area and widescreen TV. The dining area seats 6 people and the kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances. There is also a WC on the ground floor.



Upstairs you will find three bedrooms, 2 doubles and 1 twin, all with built-in wardrobes. The master bedroom has an ensuite shower room. There is also a family bathroom with a bathtub and overhead shower. There is also a balcony upstairs leading out from the master bedroom with a seating area where you can enjoy the panoramic sea views.



The Ayia Thekla area is a quiet and scenic location just on the outskirts of Ayia Napa. The area has 2 lovely beaches a restaurant and a supermarket, whilst all the amenities of Ayia Napa are just a short drive away.



Outside you will find a large garden area and private pool surrounded by palm trees. There are sun loungers and outside furniture for relaxing in the sun. Overall this lovely villa is a great choice for a relaxing holiday.
