Kotokatti is a cozy and well-equipped terraced apartment in a quiet area next to the services and excellent outdoor activities of Vuokatti, including a few hundred meters to the first snow track.
This 56 m² single-storey apartment offers the ideal setting for an active holiday or unhurried relaxation.
A cozy and atmospheric living room-kitchen serves as the heart of the apartment, with a dining area for 4-5 people. A separate bedroom with 3 x 80 cm beds.
The sofa bed in the living room can be used as an extra bed for 1-2 guests if necessary (the bed is 140x200 cm when spread out). The folding beds can also be used as an alternative bed, e.g. for a child.
Separate toilet, washroom, sauna (with electric stove). There is a washing machine and a drying cabinet. The dressing room connected to the bedroom has storage space, and in addition, the spacious hallway has plenty of space for outdoor equipment.
From the living room, there is access to a fenced, green and sheltered backyard with a seating set for 2. The backyard is fenced with a net about a meter high, which makes it excellent for pets. When you wake up in the morning, you don't have to go for a walk with your dog right away, but your pet can enjoy the outdoors directly in the backyard. This can also be a happy holiday surprise for your pet!
In front of the apartment there is a spacious parking lot with a car heater socket, and in the yard there is also a waste shed with sorting facilities. In addition, there is a swing area suitable for children to play in a park-like environment.
Additional comfort is provided by the housing company's shared ski waxing area (at the end of the house) and a cage storage room where you can store hobby equipment.
