Well-equipped, high-class holiday villa (built in 2022) in a peaceful location by the lake Sapsojärvi in Sotkamo.

The area of the villa is 136 m², with spacious and bright kitchen with lake view, dining area and living room, dining table for 6-8. High space living room with large windows, fireplace. Access to covered terrace from the living room. Three bedrooms, one with double bed, second with two separate beds, third with spreadable double bed and bunk bed (so-called family room, beds for four).

Access from the living room to the utility/dressing room (washing machine and tumble dryer), 2 x shower, sauna with electric sauna stove and large window facing the lake. Two separate toilets. There is also access to the terrace from the washing facilities. In terrace furnitures and gas grill. The drying cabinet is located behind the sliding door in the lobby.

Additional equipment: Wireless internet connection (Wi-Fi), Elisa Viihde streaming service, air source heat pump.
Children's equipment: baby bed = travel bed, high chair, toilet ring and stool, potty.
Garage will be build later.

Please note, the property in front of the cottage is uninhabited, however, it is possible that the owners use it for a few days during the summer. The beach is shared with a neighbor. A stone-paved path leads to the beach, the yard is bordered by large posts, the beach is sandy. The pier on the beach belongs to the neighbor, but the shoreline on the right side of the pier is used by Leinola.
