The room was as described, worked perfectly fine for my trip. Was noisy with all the roosters at night but I got used to that, kitchen stove worked and had pots/pans for cooking. Host took care of the dishes which was much appreciated. A/C was great to have and the location was perfect. If I went back id consider this place again, for the price it was ideal for a solo traveler.
