Erholung pur

Die Gastgeberin empfing uns sehr herzlich und zeigte uns das neue Haus, das sehr schön eingerichtet ist. Wir haben uns sofort wohlgefühlt und den Weitblick ins Tal jeden Tag genossen. Die Innenstadt von Souillac ist nur ein paar Autominuten enttfernt und sehr sehenswert.

Mooi vakantiehuis met prachtig uitzicht

De mooie en nieuwe vakantiewoning ligt op een heuvel in een zeer rustige buurt maar toch kort bij het centrum waar je alle nodige winkels vindt. Zowel aan de voorkant als aan de achterkant van het huis ligt een terras, waardoor je altijd wel een schaduwplek vindt. Het terras aan de voorkant is overdekt met een dak en aan de achterkant staan 2 parasols (waarvan 1 heel grote) die ook voldoende schaduw bieden. Het zwembad is heel leuk en voorzien van een trapje zodat ook kleine kinderen veilig in het zwembad kunnen gaan. Het is een moderne woning met alle faciliteiten. We wisten het uiteraard op voorhand, maar is het wel jammer dat er geen airco in deze (nieuwe) woning werd voorzien. De rolluiken zijn een pluspunt en bieden wel enigszins beschutting tegen de zon maar houden de warmte natuurlijk niet echt buiten. Vandaar dat een investering in airco absoluut een meerwaarde zou zijn voor deze toffe woning. De communicatie (in ons geval via chat) met de host Laetitia verliep heel vlot en vriendelijk. Op elke vraag werd zeer snel (dikwijls binnen de paar minuten) en accuraat geantwoord. Wij hadden een heel fijne vakantie … een aanrader!

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cette maison très agréable et fonctionnelle. Elle a une situation idéale proche de beaucoup de sites à visiter. Les propriétaires sont charmant et aux petits soins. Nous reviendrons c’est une certitude !

Semaine à Souillac juillet 2023

Situation de la location idéale pour les visites en limite du lot et de la dordogne.et point de vue superbe du terrain qui n'est pas très grand mais la terrasse avec sa piscine est très agréable et bien agrémentée avec son mobilier de jardin. Seul petit bémol sur le qualitatif des meubles intérieurs et des ustensiles de cuisine Nous avons passé une très belle semaine.

Très bonne adresse

Très bon accueil de la part de Laëtitia, maison neuve tout confort avec une vue appréciable. Quartier très calme sur les hauteurs de la ville a 2 km de l'autoroute. Prévoir la voiture pour descendre ou 10min a pied. La ville de Souillac a toutes les commodités sur place, elle offre un point d'accès ideale pour se rendre aux nombreuses attractions de la region. Nous avons passé une excellente semaine.

Nous avons passer une très bonne semaine dans cette maison! La description colle parfaitement à la maison. Nous étions proche de toutes activité touristiques (sarlat, rocamadour, les jardins d’erignac, lascaux, gouffre de padirac…) Pas de point négatifs à signaler !
