Fewo mit totalem Frust

Wir haben die schöne Ferienwohnung pünktlich und sauber übernommen. Leider kam am 3. Tag ein Anruf der Agentur, dass wir die Wohnung verlassen müssen, weil der Besitzer angereist sei und die Wohnung für sich haben will. Die Agentur gäbe bei der Buchung einen Fahler gemacht. Wir wurden, trotz gültigem Vertrag, durch den Besitzer und die Agentur zum Umzug aufgefordert. erhielten die Wahl zwischen 2 Ersatzwohnungen oder Geld zurück. Wir entschieden uns dann für eine Wohnung, die aber nicht vergleichbar. Eine Entschuldigung gab es nicht. Wir sind dann einen Tag früher wieder abgereist. Bei dieser Agentur werden wir sicher nicht mehr buchen.
