Ideally located at the tip of the Médoc peninsula, just 800 meters from the beach, 1.5 km from the Amélie beach, and 3 km from the center of Soulac-sur-Mer, our gîte welcomes you for a relaxing and rejuvenating holiday. Nestled between the forest and the ocean, enjoy a peaceful and rejuvenating environment, perfect for getting together with family or friends. You can also take part in the Belle Époque costume event, Soulac 1900, which takes place every year in early June. Located in a separate section of the building (with no other accommodations), near the owners' house, the gîte offers all the comforts necessary for a pleasant stay. On the ground floor, you will find a spacious and bright living area with a lounge and dining room, a fully equipped kitchen, and a bathroom with a toilet. Upstairs, the cottage has three comfortable bedrooms: one bedroom with a double bed (140x190cm), one bedroom with two single beds (90x190cm), and a third bedroom with two single beds (90x190cm) that can be joined to make a double bed (180x190cm) (sheets provided on request for this configuration). A study area on the landing and a second toilet complete this floor. Outside, enjoy a private, shaded garden with an outdoor cold-water shower, as well as two terraces to savor every moment of the day: an east-facing terrace with a table and sofas, and a west-facing terrace with a table and chairs. A built-in barbecue is also available. For your comfort: TV with CanalSat, free Wi-Fi, towels, bath towels, and kitchen linens are provided. Additional bed linen and end-of-stay cleaning are available for a fee. Private parking is available on the property. Nature lovers will appreciate the forest path opposite the cottage, ideal for walking or cycling, as well as the cycle path just 800 meters away. The cottage is also perfectly suited for remote working thanks to its dedicated workspace and Wi-Fi internet access. And to start your stay off right, a bottle of Médoc wine is offered with every week-long booking. Gas for cooking (if the hob works with this energy), water within the limits of reasonable consumption, a fixed price of 8 kWh/day of electricity.
