Accessible Gîte with Pool, Spa & Fishing - Soullans Retreat

This cottage welcomes you to the heart of the Marais Breton, where you can enjoy nature and meet a donkey and sheep. You can explore the beaches of Saint-Jean-de-Monts, 12 km away, as well as the marshland trails for hiking and cycling. The cottage is located in a renovated barn, in the heart of the Marais Breton, adjoining two other cottages. On the ground floor, you will find a living room with a lounge area and kitchen. There are two bedrooms: one with a queen-size bed (160 cm) and the other with two single beds (90 cm) that can be joined together. A shower room and toilet, accessible to people with disabilities, complete the accommodation.

Outside, you will have a private enclosed garden of 150 m² with a furnished terrace (garden furniture, barbecue, two sun loungers). A three-person covered multi-jet spa is available with private access (included from May to September and €100/week outside of these months). You will also have access to a shared heated swimming pool (3.6 x 9.6 m), open from May to September.

A fishing pier is available on-site and is accessible to people with disabilities. On the property, you may encounter a donkey and sheep.

Wi-Fi is included. The La Bourrine and La Pibole cottages can be rented together. Four other cottages are also located on the property. Bed linen is included, and beds are made upon arrival.

At the traffic lights, in the village of Soullans, take the direction of Le Perrier. At the Calvary (cross) on the left, turn on this road, continue the road (about 3 km), take the bend on the right and then turn right (Les Rochelles indicated). Then take the 1st road on the right (dead end).
