Continue your coastal exploration with a visit to Noirmoutier via the Passage du Gois (30 km), or Les Sables-d'Olonne (38 km), home of the Vendée Globe sailing race. This studio apartment comprises a living area with a double sofa bed (140 cm), a shower room/WC, and a mezzanine with a queen-size bed (160 cm). You will have a private terrace (garden furniture, barbecue, sun loungers) and access to a shared 4,000 m² garden with a heated indoor swimming pool (4 x 8 m), open from April to October, a children's playground, a pétanque court, and a ping-pong table. You can park several cars on site and store your bicycles in an outbuilding (unlockable) where the washing machine is also located.
