Nous comprenons votre avis et il sera transmis au département concerné. Notre équipe cherche continuellement d'améliorer les services de l'hôtel et votre avis sera pris en compte et nous ferons tout pour le corriger une fois que dans ce moment on change les tapis des chambres pour le sol de bois.
