Traumhafter Urlaub

Wir haben zwei wunderschöne Wochen in diesem tollen Ferienhaus verbracht. Es liegt absolut ruhig am Ortsrand von Soustons direkt am Wald auf einem riesigen Grundstück neben dem Haus der Besitzer. Diese sind sehr freundlich, aber auch diskret und sprechen gut Englisch. Der Empfang mit einer Flasche Wein und einem Kuchen war sehr herzlich. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (großer Leclerc und Netto, einige Bäckereien, ...) sind in kurzer Zeit mit dem Auto zu erreichen. Die verschiedenen Strände sind in 15 - 30 Minuten zu erreichen (der nächste ist Soustons Plage, der größte und belebteste, aber aus unserer Sicht auch schönste ist in Moliets-Plage). Das Haus ist wirklich sehr sauber und hervorragend ausgestattet. Die Küche lässt keine Wünsche offen inkl. zwei Kaffeemaschinen (Kaffeemaschine und Kapselmaschine - Kapseln waren auch schon da) und auch sonst ist alles da, was man so braucht (Waschmaschine, Bügeleisen, Bügelbrett, Mückenschutz, zwei große Kühlschränke (einer mit Gefrierfach, einer mit zusätzlichem Gefrierschrank), Tischtennisplatte und Schläger und vieles mehr...). Die Schlafzimmer haben große Schränke und vor allem sehr gute Matratzen. Wir haben alle sehr gut geschlafen. Zwei kleine Minuspunkte: WLAN ist nicht im ganzen Haus verfügbar und abends sind draußen doch ein paar kleine Mücken unterwegs (wenn man sich einsprüht aber kein Problem). Fazit: Eine absolut empfehlenswerte Ferienunterkunft, vor allem wenn man den Wechsel zwischen Strandtrubel und Ruhe zu Hause (und am Pool).

Superbe location de vacances

Nous avons passé une semaine dans cet écrin de verdure, au calme, parfait pour les petits et les grands. La maison est parfaitement équipée pour les enfants. Elle est entourée d’un grand jardin magnifiquement entretenu. La piscine est agréable et totalement sécurisée. Enfin, l’accueil des propriétaires est fort sympathique.

Environnement calme et immense jardin avec grande piscine

Accueil chaleureux avec cadeaux de bienvenue La maison était très propre, couchages confortables, cuisine toute équipée Discrétion des propriétaires, nous avons profité de la piscine et d’un jardin immense et calme idéale pour se reposer le matin comme pour la sieste Les véhicules sont garés dans la propriété fermée Correspond parfaitement à l’annonce ! Vraiment pas déçu.

Belle prpopriete

Tout est tb. Des loueurrs a l écoute. Une belle maison. Le seul problème est la piscine qui est partagée . Cela n'apparaît vraiment pas clairement sur l annonce en ligne. D autre part elle est située devant la maison des loueurs.donc faible intimité (proprietaire'papy'fils'amis du fils....) Pour les 2 derniers jours il y avait une dizaine de voitures (amis du fils) pas facile de profiter sereinement de cette piscine. En dehors de ce souci. Tou était bien.

Très bon séjour au calme

La maison est très fonctionnelle et le jardin très appréciable pour passer du temps au calme et à l'ombre. La piscine était parfaite pour se rafraichir. Enfin nos hôtes nous on très bien accueillis!

Trés bon séjour

Cadre très calme et à quelques minutes en voiture du centre. La maison est fonctionnelle et propre. Le jardin est très bien pour les enfants (Toboggan, piscine, etc ..). Les propriétaires étaient présents mais très agréables et discrets.

Un accueil chaleureux dans une maison confortable

Nous avons passé une semaine en famille à quatre (enfants de 4 ans et 5 ans et demi) au mois d'août 2017 dans cette maison, voisine de celle des propriétaires. Ces derniers se sont montrés extrêmement accueillants, ils étaient facilement joignables en cas de problème et nous avons même profité du séjour pour faire un peu connaissance et recueillir quelques conseils. Le terrain est vaste, clos et adapté aux enfants (piscine sécurisée et belle structure de jeu avec un grand toboggan). La maison, contemporaine, est bien agencée, avec un espace de jeu sur la mezzanine qui peut servir aux enfants. Elle est aussi très bien équipée et possède sa propre terrasse. Elle est un peu à l'écart du centre de Soustons, ce qui lui confère une certaine tranquillité, tout en restant à un court trajet de voiture de tous les commerces.

Sejour tres agreable dans une tres belle location au milieu d un superbe domaine

Belle maison parfaite pour 4 a 6 personnes, tres bien equipee, tres agreable jardin, acces a la piscine du proprietaire habitant la maison voisinne, bon acces wifi. Franchement nous n avons jamais eu une location si bien equipee dns un environnement si soigne et calme. La cerise sur le gateau: le proprietaire et sa famille sont super accueillants, toujours pret a rendre service et donner de bonnes idees de sortie/visite. Un regal. For international guests: wonderful house, very calm, beautiful garden, nice pool, good wifi access, house is fully equiped with all what you need, the owner-family living in the house next door is very welcoming and helpful. This has been a beautiful stay and great basis to discover French Acquitaine (Landes, Pays Basque etc). Practical detail: you need a car as the house is remote. Ein Super-Haus liebevoll eingerichtet, sehr ruhig und voll ausgestattet, sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite Gastgeber. Eine sehr schöne Ausgangsbasis um die Französische Südwest-Küste aber auch das Baskenland zu entdecken.
