For your holidays, we welcome you, in a haven of peace, between ocean and forest, just 500 m from Hardy Lake and the forest and 7 km from the beaches of Soustons. The marine lake of Vieux Boucau with all its nautical activities (fishing, safe swimming, paddle...) is also 4km away. Here you will be seduced by the Landes coast, its wild beaches, its leisure activities, its diversity and will also appreciate the calm and serenity of the place. Plus, the swimming pool (to be shared with the owners on site) to relax and enjoy good times with family or friends. We have fitted out a cozy gîte, with sober and contemporary decoration and modern comfort. A friendly place, in our image for a stay at the top in any season. Our vacation rental is independent. Arranged on one level, it is composed of: - a living room with lounge area (TV, WIFI), dining area and open kitchen (dishwasher, induction hob, extractor hood, electric oven, microwave), - a bedroom: 1 bed 160x200 - a bedroom: 2 beds 90x200 - a bathroom: shower and washing machine - a separate toilet. For your comfort, sheets, towels, household linen, end-of-stay cleaning and water and electricity consumption are included. The exterior consists of a private covered terrace with garden furniture and barbecue, in the heart of a common ground with the owners, raised, flowered and with many fruit trees. You also have access to a common table tennis. The swimming pool (10m x3.5m, 1.40m deep) is shared with the owners.
