My son and I checked into this hotel specifically bc of the ratings saying exceptional. This hotel was by far NOT exceptional. At best maybe fair. The hotel was loud, walls extremely thin, we could literally hear our neighbors breathing at night. Weed smell all through the halls constantly-day and night. Loud talking outside our window every single morning we woke up and I believe they were hotel workers. The hotel was in the middle of a renovation and I believe the rooms were done but there were still areas of the hotel undergoing renovations although I never saw anyone working on those areas and they were long overdue. The rooms themselves weren’t terrible but did look like a handyman job rather than a contractor. The shower leaked water onto the floor every time we showered. The layout of the bathroom and vanity were odd and not functional. The staff was okay, not great, not terrible. Bottom line, I’d never stay again

It's a more run-down area of town. The hotel itself is older. They are remodeling but they put us in a room so newly remodeled, it didn't even have a phone yet. The window in the room didn't fully close. The breakfast offerings were pretty sad, and the whole place is understaffed. Our stay overall was pretty disappointing.

It was very noisy they were constructing on the property while we stayed 3 days. I couldn’t get on my zoom meeting. I ask to be moved rooms, and she up charged me :(. I’m NEVER booking there again.

Shower was wonderful. The updates are good, but you can tell it was an updated old hotel. I did not see any bedbugs which is always my first thing to check for. My biggest complaint was the window did not have blackout curtains. It was just a pull down and the light from the parking lot poured in all night long. My hubby thought the bed was a little uncomfortable, but I had no problem with it. The breakfast in the morning was ehh at best. Liquid egg, bacon, cereal, and bagels. But it’s free and my kids enjoyed the cereal. Staff wasn’t over the top, but they were pleasant and quick. All in all I would stay here again when visiting family.
