Made a reservation through Expedia which has my CC on file. The hotel cancelled my reservation 4 days before check in saying they did not have my credit card and it has no bearing if Expedia does. Hotel was sold out so had to make other arrangements.
Front desk staffed is great. Room is in terrible condition. Bugs all over the walls and appliances. There was a stench in the room that kept up all night. Beds weren't anchored to any wall structure and moved on the floor..bathroom door wouldn't close completely so lack of privacy there. Overall the stay was less than satisfactory.
Staff was super friendly, but the room wasn’t great which I wasn’t expecting much! The bathroom door wouldn’t close all the way, there weren’t any cups or ice buckets or even a bathroom trash can in the room. It was pretty bare. Maybe people steal things? There was a sign posted about having to leave hotel if the fire alarm goes off and sure enough it went off and a guy who stays there said it goes off at least two times a week and no one leaves their room. It’s from people smoking or vaping. But we were only there one night for a concert and it worked for what we needed. We did have trouble getting an Uber back to our hotel though.
We stayed in a room that did not look finished and appeared still under construction. I took a shower, and it flooded my room and the room below us. My husband was not able to shower since it wasn't working. The fire alarm went off twice, once in the middle of the night. Other guests informed us that this was common. We also had no trash can in the room.
My door on my room didnt lock the whole 2 weeks i stayed here. I brought it to the front desks attention multiple times and nothing was ever done about it.
Bugs in the room. Hole punched in the wall. Toilet would not flush. No water pressure in the shower. No one at desk when I got there to check in, waited 5 minutes on the phone for someone to answer, another 20 minutes for someone to show up.
Worst place ever,

Police are called there two or three times a week
They constantly change the prices to your room
When i confronted staff about unapproved money taken from my account they started making up lies, when confronting them from the lies, they kicked me out of room an hour later even though it eas paid for the rest of the week without refunding my money
This was the worst experience upon arrival! Horrible smell throughout, room wasn’t ready upon even a later check in time, and would not issue any refund on a week stay booking. Expedia also did nothing to accommodate the inconvenience. Horrible customer service for both hotel and booking company.
