Great employees, great service

Friends getaway. The room was nice, beds and bedding nice. The HVAC in the room was our only complaint. The fan kept shutting off after what seemed like a set time. We turned the air down to 65 because the room was really hot when we got in. It claimed on the thermostat to be at 65. No way - it stayed way too warm all night and I had to keep getting back up all night to turn the fan back on just to keep the warm air at least moving. That being said, when we checked out, I mentioned it at the front desk. They immediately made a phone call and relayed the information to the correct person and asked that it be checked out right away. I really appreciated that.
