Located within walking distance to the University of Notre Dame, Eddy Street Commons, Downtown South Bend, and just feet from the entrance to the East Bank Trail, it provides the perfect blend of tranquility and convenience. This home has been renovated with a new fully stocked kitchen and bathrooms with luxury finishes. Brand new luxury furniture, bedding, linens, décor, and amenities are throughout. A home away from home for families or groups traveling to South Bend to visit Notre Dame or other local events. Laundry is on the second level for convenience. Nearly all rooms have picturesque views of the seeping river and bridge and loads of natural light. The home has a two-car detached garage and parking for 3 additional cars in the driveway.
