Adorable home near ND

We were welcomed with fresh cookies and this adorable tidy home was perfect for our family for a football weekend. The neighborhood is great and 1 mile to campus. The owner was very easy to communicate with. We would stay there again!

We were somewhat late to book our lodging for a big football weekend, so were glad to see that this house was available. Very clean and well kept, nice neighborhood, short drive to campus and friendly owner. Would stay here again.

We found the Marigold Inn perfect for our family of 6 football weekend. Adorable, clean and comfortable. Great open space, comfortable beds, nice backyard and safe neighborhood. Barbara answered every question swiftly and was the perfect host. Will rent again!

Graduation Weekend

We had a great stay at this house for ND graduation weekend. Everything was well maintained and clean. The beds were comfortable and the owner was very generous and communicative. The open kitchen living room area worked well for our family to hang out and reconnect. Thank you for making the weekend extra special!

Spacious for gatherings. Good for families.

A few constructive criticisms: 1). The listing needs to state that the house is otherwise occupied by a family full time. 2). Room needs to be made in all of the bedroom closets for guests to hang their clothes. 3). All doors and windows should be locked upon arrival. 4). The blinds in the front bedroom closest to the bathroom fall easily. 5). Dishwasher, washing machine and dryer should all be empty for guests.
