Easy access from the interstate, very reasonably priced yet clean and up-to-date rooms and bathrooms. Comfortable bed. Not much for breakfast but with the low price we happily walked over to Perkins for breakfast. Walking distance to many restaurants.

This property is ran like a up scale hotel chain with a low rate price. Nice staff and very helpful and friendly. The only thing that I would have to say bad about the place is that i wish they would keep the Shampoo, Conditioner, and body wash full for evey guest. I know its a small thing but you have to find something right. It can not be perfect.

South Bend stroll

We stayed in this hotel and occupied 5 rooms, the front desk employee was kind enough to put us all in the 2nd floor as close as possible. The rooms were okay, mine was the only one with a lingering smell that wouldn’t go away regardless of what we did; window cracked, sprayed febreze, etc. We reported and the management offered us to move, but we didn’t wanted to go through that. Breakfast was very limited, but there is a Cracker Barrel across the street and plenty of other restaurant’s within walking distance.

This appears to be an older Travel Lodge that was purchased by Wyndam and then had a complete interior face lift. New paint, furniture, beds, bedding, appliances etc. However, the quality of the upgrade materials was marginal. Low cost vinyl plank or composite flooring is popping up in places in the hallways and around shower. Bed mattress was great and linens were very clean but low end in plushness. Lighting and outlets seemed sparse but filled our needs. Everything else seemed great but I really wonder how long it will be before it's needs another serious refresh.

Dust more often please

This hotel is newly renovated and a wonderful find in the sea of hotels in Elkhart. The price is phenomenal!. . . and so is the comfort. This is the third time in a month that we’ve stayed here since discovering it because it’s such a great value. The only reason we did not give it five stars overall is because it has been consistently ‘dusty’ and not as clean as it could be. For example, when walking barefoot in the room, I was picking up lint balls on my feet. This is an easily fixable problem by using a dust mop and vacuum on the newly remodeled floors EVERY DAY. I hope the next time we come, this situation will be remedied, as otherwise, it meets all the requirements for a simple, good night’s stay without breaking the bank.

Good Bargain

No frills, clean, quiet, comfotable beds. Staff pleasant. Didn't care for the shower. Very good room for the money. Close to entrance of I-80. Walking distance to Perkins and Cracker Barrel. Other restaurants nearby.
