Dust more often please

This hotel is newly renovated and a wonderful find in the sea of hotels in Elkhart. The price is phenomenal!. . . and so is the comfort. This is the third time in a month that we’ve stayed here since discovering it because it’s such a great value. The only reason we did not give it five stars overall is because it has been consistently ‘dusty’ and not as clean as it could be. For example, when walking barefoot in the room, I was picking up lint balls on my feet. This is an easily fixable problem by using a dust mop and vacuum on the newly remodeled floors EVERY DAY. I hope the next time we come, this situation will be remedied, as otherwise, it meets all the requirements for a simple, good night’s stay without breaking the bank.

Good Bargain

No frills, clean, quiet, comfotable beds. Staff pleasant. Didn't care for the shower. Very good room for the money. Close to entrance of I-80. Walking distance to Perkins and Cracker Barrel. Other restaurants nearby.

What a nice surprise!

This hotel was a great price so we decided to stay for a night. It is newly remodeled (lobby still in reno stage). It’s perfectly located near a mall, and many other hotel chains. New bathroom, floors and beds were comfortable. No frills, just good. I wasn’t sure if I should leave a review so the prices don’t go up after the demand increases! After leaving, we decided to stay once again on our way back. What a good decision at an extremely reasonable price!

I seldom encounter a motel or hotel that is so ably staffed. The individual who greeted me at the front desk was terrific. The overall friendliness of the place is a great plus, as is the cleanliness of the facility and the attractiveness of the room and common areas.

I like the fact that it was a clean safe laundry room. The halls are empty and quiet at a respectable time at night. And the fact that I had to re-book an extended stay was no hassle. Housekeeping made sure i had what i neeed .

The noise level was high. I could clearly hear arriving travelers and lots of street noise outside my room. The employee break room should keep the door shut. I could hear a loud phine conversation on speaker. Someone was vacuuming at 9pm. Otherwise was a great stay.
