Nice hotel near the interstate/tollroad business district of Elkhart. Easy access, free parking and modern, clean and comfortable rooms facilities. Glad I found it.

The room and bathroom were immaculate, but for a mid-sized hotel, it seemed a little understaffed. Whenever I came to the desk, it was empty, and took a few minutes for someone to return, although the staff was very kind and helpful. In the hotel photos, the breakfast area, lounge, business space, and front desk look like different spaces, but they’re all one room, which means it can be quite loud and chaotic when fully occupied. The room itself was nice, and the bathroom was very large and had great vanity space and a spacious shower. Breakfast was good, but some of the machines (pancake machine and juice dispenser) stopped working multiple times. I think that several of the touches sacrifice usability for modernity.

Our check in was smooth, and the room was clean. However, our A/C unit (room 202) was squealing loudly all night long. It was so loud I had to use earplugs. Surprising in a newer hotel. Also, there was surprising amount of mold inside the shower along the base. It also took 5 minutes to get hot water. We’ve stayed here a couple of times before because it’s convenient to our route, but it feels like it’s getting run down quickly.

It’s a rehab center turned into a MOTEL not HOTEL QUALITY AT ALL….I would NOT ALLOW myself or my children to shower there. We all became sick after staying there but nothing else available and we were exhausted from traveling and just needed sleep so I acquiesced. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIFIC!!!
