The 2 1/2bathrooms come equipped with all you need. In addition, 2 living areas allow plenty of space to stretch out. Experience the magic of Notre Dame, Eddy street and all that South Bend has to offer. Entertaining outdoor space with dining, fire pit and room to play. Less than a half mile walk to campus. Message me for details or to see finishes. We are ND parents who are building to have a new home to stay in when we visit.

WOW! This house was so amazing, clean and SO close to campus and eddy street. We had a blast hanging in the yard next to the fire pit. Will most certainly be staying here again.
Stayed 2 nights in Sep 2025
