The 2 bathrooms are equipped with a bathtub, shower, and hair dryer for your convenience. The comfortable living room furniture is perfect for movie night and the pool table is awaiting the family challenge! The fully equipped kitchen provides all the utensils and supplies you will need to cook a big meal or a quick snack. You can choose to eat at the kitchen island, on the main dining table or outside on the picnic table. The Blackstone grill on the back patio is ideal for those early morning breakfasts! Once you are fueled up for the day, take a short drive to one of the major Hocking Hills Attractions such as Old Man's Cave, Ash Cave and Cedar Falls, then stop by the Laurelville Fruit Farm for some amazing cider slushes! Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Please do not strip beds but leave unmade if they were used. Place used towels on the washer. Adjust thermostat to 72°F.
Please sign out of all streaming services on all TVs. Please place all remotes in their proper location.
Please gather trash and dispose in dumpster across the back driveway beside the small gray building. Let us know if anything was damaged or not working properly.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Fires should be contained to the firepit area only. Please no candles or other fires.

We found the Host Ethan to be very responsive and welcoming. The home is exactly as advertised with lots and lots of personal touches to make you feel at home. From a welcome package of snacks to firewood for the firepit. The home was spotless and the beds were comfy. It was a great stay. Thanks Ethan & Sierra!
